Following earlier research by training and diversity consultancy Aquitude, which showed that 70% of women have experienced stereotyping in business, it is carrying out another survey to look at why women leave the corporate world.

Initial research shows that women who leave large companies are not less ambitious, but are in fact taking risks and becoming entrepreneurs. In many cases, they are taking on these challenges in addition to motherhood.
